First, we are expanding to North Dakota. Jesse Horoshak, Col Ovik and Amanda Rosback have all been admitted to practice in North Dakota for bankruptcy filings and will start offering free consultations to North Dakota residents starting January 1, 2026.
Second, leadership roles have changed starting January 1, 2026. Jesse Horoshak will be the managing partner and Amanda Rosback will be the marketing manager of the firm.
