If I were in your shoes I would first eliminate any law firm that does anything but Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. If you just did this you would be left with one law firm; Kain & Scott.
Then, I would make sure that the law firm’s bankruptcy website is not gimmicky but helpful to prospective bankruptcy clients. Does the website have information laid out in a way that is easily digestible? Is the website a few pages or is it a massive vault of information for those of us who want to dig deep and learn as much as we can about bankruptcy? Kain & Scott’s website is the largest Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy website in Minnesota.
Finally, I would want to devour as many Google reviews as I can. I cannot tell you how many times other clients have said how much they wished they would have reviewed other law firm’s Google reviews before they hired the firm and later regretted it. These Google reviews are pure Gold because the law firm cannot control what you say! That makes the reviews valuable! Read these Google reviews, both good and bad ones, and get a sense for any patterns that repeat themselves. Avoid firms with a lot of negative patterns.
When the time is right, or when you are ready to get your life back, reach out to Minnesota’s HIGHEST GOOGLE reviewed bankruptcy law firm at www.kainscott.com. You will be so glad you did!
