First, read a lot of Google reviews. I don’t mean read a few sparkly ones, binge read a lot of Google reviews. See what other Minnesotans have to say about their experience with the firm. If there are bad reviews, read the law firms response to those reviews and you judge for yourself. If there are a lot of bad reviews and no law firm responses, ask yourself why that is. You can tell what authentic Google reviews look like because the real Google reviews read like they are authentic. I am always suspicious of 5 star reviews with little or no commentary. That often feels to me like a person who may have been incentivized to leave a review.
Second, look at the bankruptcy law firm’s website. Does it seem “gimmicky” to you or does the website seem well laid out and full of great information? Avoid websites that offer cheesy or gimmicky information in the hopes of luring you in but not willing to put helpful information on their website.
Third, reach out to the firm and “get a feel” for how you are being treated by them before you even schedule an appointment. Trust your gut. If your stomach feels a little queasy after speaking with the law firm staff, trust it, and go somewhere else.
When the time is right, or when you are ready, reach out to Minnesota’s HIGHEST GOOGLE reviewed bankruptcy law firm at www.kainscott.com. You will be so glad you did!
