Who Are All These People at Lifeback Law?

At Lifeback Law, we’ve streamlined the bankruptcy process into a well-oiled system, with many small parts working together to keep everything simple and efficient. When you sign up, you’ll meet several members of our team, each playing an important role in guiding you through the process. Here’s a breakdown of our support staff at Lifeback Law:

- Director of First Impressions Team:
Our Directors of First Impressions play a key role as the front-facing team of the firm. They’re the friendly voices who answer your calls or greet you in person, connecting you with your bankruptcy team. They also assist with general questions, scheduling, and payments.

- Intake Specialist:
The Intake Specialist is usually one of the first people you’ll speak with at Lifeback Law. Their job is to keep the flow of new clients organized and distributed throughout the firm. They also schedule many of the initial consultations.

- Consultation
In between, this is where you will have a Consultation appointment

- Sign-Up Specialist:
After your initial consultation, you’ll be connected with a Sign-Up Specialist. This team member will send you all the documents needed to officially begin working with our firm. They also assist with payments and scheduling your follow-up appointment.

- Assistant / Paralegal:
Once you’ve scheduled your Review & Sign appointment, you’ll be assigned either an Assistant or a Paralegal. While their roles differ slightly, both will help prepare the documents needed for your Review & Sign, as well as assist with preparing and filing your case. After assignment, your Assistant or Paralegal becomes your primary point of contact at the firm.

- Review & Sign and Filing
In between, this is where you will have a Review & Sign Appointment and shortly after the case will be filed. 

- Document Specialist:
Once your case has been filed with the court, your next step is meeting with the bankruptcy Trustee. To prepare, our Document Specialist will work with you to gather any additional documents the Trustee requests. They’ll help organize, prepare, and submit those documents on your behalf.

- Chapter 13 Specialist:
If you’re filing a Chapter 13 case, you may work with our Chapter 13 Specialist. These experts ensure your repayment plan is balanced and formatted correctly. They also assist your attorney with filing any necessary changes or corrections to the plan, as well as collecting additional documents requested by the Trustee.
