Instead, we do most of the work for our guests, helping them fill out most forms necessary to get the bankruptcy case filed with the bankruptcy court. If you are filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy, the last thing you need is a two-inch thick packet of forms to fill out, forms you don’t even understand.
We also pull our guest’s credit reports for them. We are not going to make our guests pull their credit reports. We view this as our job and we take pride in pulling the client’s credit reports and merging this information into their schedules for them.
