Just the other day I read a Google review written by someone who apparently received some sort of solicitation from a Minnesota based bankruptcy law firm to file bankruptcy. According to the Google review written by this individual, the solicitation said the person writing the review was getting sued! The punchline to the story is the person who wrote the bankruptcy law firm a very negative review had NO DEBT! The person who wrote this law firm a bad Google review was NOT HAPPY about getting a solicitation from a Minnesota based bankruptcy law firm with false information on it.
Why would a law firm do this in the first place? It reeks of desperation and it is completely unprofessional. At Kain & Scott, we believe if you need us, you should reach out to us. We will never send you solicitations in the mail prompting you to file bankruptcy, and with us; never!
Don’t get me wrong, normal advertising is perfectly fine. How else does someone know you exist without advertising? But to send personal solicitations to file bankruptcy, in the mail, when you are down and out seems very unseemly to us. I wish the Minnesota Board of Professional Responsibility would crack down on this practice which is totally intrusive, presumptuous, and completely unprofessional.
When the time is right, or when you are ready to get your life back, reach out to Minnesota’s nicest bankruptcy law firm at www.kainscott.com. You will be so glad you did.
