Considering Filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, but wondering how much it costs and how to pay for it? At Kain & Scott, we offer affordable bankruptcy and easy payment plans.

1. Pay In Full - $1975

At Kain & Scott, we have one flat Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Filing Fee. This flat fee covers your bankruptcy filing fees, all of the credit and debt management classes you'll be required to take, pulling your credit and asset reports plus your attorneys fees. If paid in full we will only charge you $1,975.00. However, we know that not everyone can pay us in full. This is why offer an alternative to paying us in full. Easy payments...

2. Easy Payments - $100-$200 per month

If you can't pay us in full, we do offer easy payment plans. We still do require you to pay the $375.00 up front filing fees.  This $375.00 goes directly to the bankruptcy court, not Kain & Scott. The balance of $2k you can pay over time, interest free, at $100.00 to $200.00 per month assuming someone signs a personal guarantee on your behalf. That way, you can file the bankruptcy and pay your Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Attorney fees after you get debt relief.
