You see, some lawyers think their law firm is nothing more than a business whose function it is to produce as much profit as possible regardless of what it takes to do this. I have seen many law firms cut corners on space and people. I am not kidding you when I tell you I have heard of Minnesotans meeting with a lawyer in a pole barn or the lawyers own home. This is not professional or kind or helpful to the client. Sure it is cheap for the lawyer but it is not professional at all.
I have also witnessed many law firms who treat their staff with disrespect. It starts with low pay and long hours and disrespect from managers and firm owners. This is not how you treat one another. There is definitely a much better way.
